Returns & Exchanges
If your item has been shipped directly from the manufacturer, please see the Return Policy for Special Order

from Domaci or you've purchased the stocked item at our store, please
scroll down for more information.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a Damage Claim by email at hello@domacihome.com within 3 days of your delivery.
Standard Returns
Our standard return policy covers returns of most products in new or
"like-new" condition and with proof of purchase up to 30 days after
in-store purchases and 30 days after deliveries if order was placed
online. All returns/exchanges are subject to Domaci approval. Shipping
charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective
merchandise and a restocking fee may be applied on a case by case basis.
Purchaser is responsible for arranging the return of their item at
their expense. Items must be returned in new, resellable condition. A
12% restocking may be applied.
Seasonal and Vintage Decor
All seasonal decor items, including Christmas and Harvest, are final
sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Likewise, all items
categorized as DomaciFlea are also non-exchangeable, non-returnable and
non-refundable.
Sale, Clearance and Floor Model Items
Final sale and clearance items (including, floor model, sample and
one-of-a-kind items) purchased at a Domaci showroom, pop-up and
domaci.com are considered final sale and are non-exchangeable,
non-returnable and non-refundable.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
Select product categories cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired
include: Vinyll Floorcloths, which are all custom printed. Opened and unboxed bedding. Personal care products. Seasonal
decor. Gift cards. Items marked as final sale, clearance and floor
models. Items used, washed, opened and out of their original packaging.
Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Return Processing
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To begin a return, please
submit a Return Ticket. Please allow 14 business days for your returned
to be processed, once received. You will be responsible for paying for
your own shipping costs for returning your non-defective, non-damaged
items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
