The stainless exterior features an elegant satin finish and is magnetic to ensure compatibility with all cooktops including induction. The three layer aluminum core works to transfer heat events and quickly throughout the pan. The 18/10 polished stainless interior is easy to clean and maintain. Our signature Viking handle is ergonomically designed for Comfort, control and balance and will stay cool on the stovetop. The 12" Covered Chef's Pan utilizes a round base and deeply curved sides for easy stirring and incorporation of ingredients and includes a stainless steel lid which can be used to maintain heat, control evaporation and reduce splatters.
