Mudcloth Pattern Pillow
Mudcloth, also known as bogolanfini, is one of the best-known African cloth traditions. From humble beginnings, Mudcloth became a part of haute couture when fashion designer Chris Seydou implemented the fabric into his designs in the 1970's. Recently, simplified versions of mudcloth have made a resurgence in home decor items such as this attractive throw pillow. The graphic design of the fabric makes a statement, yet the neutral color palette compliments nearly any home decor.
