Special Order Furniture
Unless otherwise noted, all special order furniture sales are non-refundable once it ships from the manufacturer's distribution center. Once special order and/or custom furniture has been ordered either online, by phone or in-store, you have 72 hours to change or cancel your order.
Domaci accepts returns for any special order furniture that is found upon receipt to be defective in material or workmanship. Defective product may only be returned for replacement and not for refund. Proof of purchase is always required for a refund, exchange or store credit. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, returns and/or credits will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. You must notify our customer service department within 24 hours of any defect.
Decor, Lighting & Gift Returns
Decor, lighting and gifts in their original condition (unused/unopened/unwashed) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by your proof of purchase. All returns/exchanges are subject to Domaci approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise and a restocking fee may be applied on a case by case basis.
Special Custom Orders
Special and custom orders, typically including made-to-order furniture, wallpaper, rugs and art, are built and/or ordered to your specifications and usually begin production immediately upon order. These items cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.
Sale and Clearance
Final sale and clearance items (including sample and one-of-a-kind items) purchased at a Domaci showroom, pop-up and domaci.com are considered final sale and are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Likewise, all items categorized as DomaciFlea are also non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
If Your Shipment Arrives Damaged
We and/or our manufacturing partners carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection upon delivery. You must notify Domaci guest service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at 610.419.4111 so that we may file a freight claim and get your purchase replaced as quickly as possible. You will be required to provide photography of the damage and the packaging, and email the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items shipped back to Domaci without a return authorization number issued by our customer service department will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Once we receive your returned package, please allow 14 business days for your returned to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 30 days to post the funds to your credit card account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non-defective, non-damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Pricing and Availability
All prices in our stores, catalogs, marketing and online are in US dollars are are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
Domaci is not responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise due to manufacturing delays, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation delays or any other cause beyond control of Domaci. In the event that any merchandise is out of stock and delivery will be delayed or the merchandise is no longer available, Domaci shall offer the customer the ability to purchase a replacement or will cancel and refund the transaction, at the customer's direction.
Backordered and Pre-Ordered Items
We allow guests to Pre-Order products that are currently out-of-stock, but with expected replenishment in the near future. You may purchase these products in advance using our standard checkout process, and your order will ship within the dates listed under the individual product. Please be aware there is some risk that the ship date of backordered products will change. If a product does not ship within the expected ship date range quoted on your order, we will allow you the option to cancel your order.
Domaci warrants to the original purchaser all products to be free of defect in material and workmanship. Please be aware that certain variations in size, color, finish and texture are hallmarks of handmade products and products produced from natural materials and are not considered defective. Domaci is an authorized retailer of the products on our website and not the manufacturer therefore we are restricted to the warranties and policies set forth by the manufacturer of the product. Warranties do not cover normal wear or tear, improper use, abuse, neglect, lack of preventative maintenance, natural environmental effects on solid wood furniture, improper installation or other end-user induced problems. No warranty is given or implied for durability of use or longevity as use conditions vary greatly. Domaci shall be held harmless from all damages and injury resulting from the use of our products.
- Buyer assumes all risks associated with the transportation of merchandise picked up for a Domaci showroom or pop-up location.
- Buyer may only receive a full refund when canceling their order within 72 hours after the initial purchase. After that, it is at the discretion of management and a restocking fee will be applied.
- Domaci is not responsible for merchandise that is too large to fit at a buyer's location.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to re-package and pay any charges associated with the return of merchandise unless the item has been deemed defective and damaged by Domaci.
- Freight carrier shipping charges/rates will apply for all non-defective items including merchandise that may have been shipped during a "free shipping" promotion.
- For stocked furniture: you must notify our customer service department within 24 hours of any defect.
- There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
- Items exempt from being returned: perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, seasonal decor, gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.
Make sure it fits! And we don't just mean does it fit in your room. Ask yourself, will it fit through my doorway? Narrow halls? Sharp turns? Up steep or spiral staircases? If you are not sure that your new sofa, dining table or accent chair is going to fit in your space, please contact Domaci and we will assist you with your selection. There are no returns or exchanges on items that are ordered that do not fit in your space.
