Introducing the Christmas City Ornament
•Posted on June 30 2021

Domaci, a Bethlehem-based furniture and home decor retailer, is excited to announce their collaboration with artist, Lisa Kelechava, president and founder of Joy to the World Collectibles for an exclusive, 2021 Christmas City Cityscape Ornament available for purchase in limited quantities starting July 1.
The hand-painted glass ornament, made in Europe and created by master ornament artisans, pays homage to the Bethlehem, PA cityscape and features familiar landmarks, such as the Bethlehem Steel blast furnaces, the steeple of Central Moravian Church, Historic Main Street and other architectural gems, well recognized by locals and visitors alike. Since being officially christened "Christmas City, USA,” in December of 1937, Bethlehem has always taken great pride in their holiday traditions and is often visited by guests from around the world to celebrate all the magic that the Christmas City has to offer.
World-renowned artist, and the designer behind the customized ornament, Lisa Kelechava is herself a Lehigh Valley native and local university graduate.
Kelechava says, “This project was especially near and dear to me because I am an Allentown native and my family resides in Bethlehem. I also graduated from Lehigh, so the Christmas City is pretty special to me.” Starting her collectibles company in 1998, Kelechava and her team have been making unique and speciality Christmas ornaments ever since.
“[Joy to the World Collectibles] offers seven different collections and more than 1,200 ornaments in our open line. Our specialty is custom ornaments such as this one for Domaci,” says Kelechava.
Domaci Co-Founders Warren and Derrick Clark had the opportunity to meet Lisa in person earlier this year at the AmericasMart Atlanta Market to get this special project started.
Warren Clark says, “Derrick and I both knew that we wanted to offer a special collectable ornament this year to celebrate life getting back to normal in this amazing little town that we are so proud to call home. To be able to collaborate with someone like Lisa with her amazing talent AND her special connection to the area was just beyond what we could have even imagined when we started the project.”
In celebration of Bethlehem’s “Christmas in July” festivities taking place on Main & Broad Streets, Domaci will pre-release this exclusive ornament in limited quantities to those looking to catch this collectible before anyone else. Once sold out, the ornament will only be available again in future months during the holiday season.
